As if in a dream
of heavy snow, crossing the mountains
The howling wind
Snowflakes swirling like waves
Draped in white moonlight
A zither plays, charcoal fire glows
Ice and fire collide
Light and land overlap, moon and sea romance
We talk gently and endlessly by the hearth
Making a wish
This long road
Will be healed, all will be well
Snowflakes drift across the frozen wilderness
Distant pine forests
And ancient churches on the mountainside
The snow, pure and white
Through tunnels, across glaciers, over bridges
Seasons flicker past frame by frame
Yet time feels warm
Flowing slowly inside the carriage
The brilliant aurora
Seems almost within reach, like a fragrance
At this moment, I carry spring with me
Seated on the train bound for the snow country
Heading toward you
